Refund policy

If you would like to return a product, you must email us at northgeorgialighting@gmail.com with the reason you would like to return your item. We do not accept returns on items that have been installed or look “used” in any way. The product must be in the condition it was in when you received it. There is a 25% restocking fee if you decide to return your item. We will provide you a shipping label if we determine that the item is eligible for return. If the product has not been used, we are open to working with you to exchange the item if you would rather exchange it than return it.

If you have an issue with any of your lights and you are within our 6 month warranty (applies to wheel lights and rock lights) and you can provide us with pictures and/or videos of your product not working properly, we can determine where the issue is and either resolve it, or send you replacement lights.

Customized items are NOT eligible to be returned. No exceptions. This includes any paint matched items or items that have any sort of customization.
